About Me

I studied acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Ireland. I also studied Nutrition and Lifestyle Coaching with the Institute of Health Sciences, Dublin which complements my  work as an acupuncturist.  

Women's Health is a particular area of interest for me. I am passionate about supporting women through all stages of life, from menstrual health & fertility to pregnancy, postpartum care, and menopause.

I have a special interest in fertility and pregnancy, supporting women who are trying to conceive, whether naturally or undergoing IVF/ICSI treatment cycles.  I enjoy helping women and couples navigate their unique journeys and want them to feel supported, informed and empowered throughout it. I am passionate about helping women who are seeking acupuncture care throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period. I aim to support fertility, nurture a healthy pregnancy, and help families grow.

From a fertility and pregnancy perspective, I completed a Diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Gynaecology and Obstetrics in Acupuncture with Dr. Trevor Wing, based in London. I learnt how to integrate TCM and biomedicine safely and effectively.

I have my own personal experience with fertility and IVF & have gained an in depth understanding and knowledge of fertility issues and IVF clinics. This has benefited me as a practitioner in this field and I am empathetic & passionate about supporting women and couples to improve fertility.

I am also a member of the Acupuncture for Fertility and Pregnancy Ireland, a group of established and registered acupuncturists who provide treatments for fertility and pregnancy. 

I am also passionate about using TCM methods to support ageing naturally. With Facial Rejuvenation I focus on the mind, body and skin to help maintain a beautiful youthful glow.

I completed my facial acupuncture training with Michelle Gellis which also includes facial cupping and gua sha. As well as this I was trained by an Irish Skin Expert and TCM practitioner.

I have also completed postgraduate TCM studies in the field of auricular acupuncture and the use of moxibustion. I continued to further my fertility studies by completing a course with Celine Leonard in Gynaecology and Fertility as well as the use of Chinese mushrooms in fertility and reproductive immunology.  

I am a professional member of the Acupuncture Foundation Professional Association which regulates members ensuring high standards of treatment and patient care.
